I would stick it all in an overseas mutual fund emerging markets or something. It's getting killed now so it's an excellent time to buy. Just because the fees of one fund are lower doesn't mean it's better. I don't shop at Wal-Mart for everything. That being said, Vanguard Group is a very reputable organization.
