Why is surpassing Austin Mudd significant? Mudd's time, quite honestly, is not extraordinary for a junior. Fernandez was faster at that age, and if he does go to World Juniors, the Kenyans are going to leave him so far behind that when he "unleashes" his trademark kick, it'll be completely futile.
