Body: That is a massive break in your 10x1km intervals. Then again I guess that isn't surprising since your apparently trying to run them 20 seconds per mile faster than your 5K PR pace... It's pretty hard to extrapolate anything from workouts with the kind of rest you have. Go run something like 10x1km with a 30 sec or minute rest and come back with that.
