I'm planning on competing at the national meet in August. Just finished a fast hurdle/sprint workout. The weather is warm, the wind was at my back, and I felt relaxed and strong. Did starts out of blocks, 3x30, 3x60, 3x90, then 3 runs over 3 hurdles. This was all at about 90% effort. I feel rather knackered right now! I think I need some food.
