Body: I feel like I should have better PRs based on the training I do. what do you think one should be able to run for the 5 and 10k based on these workouts? 10 x 1km first 8 in 3:00-3:06 9th in 2:58 and las one in 2:55 4-5 min break. 50 x 300ms 2 sets of 25 30 sec break in between intervals and 3 min between sets, most in between 50-52 sec, last 5 in 46-48? thanks.
