Apparently not, since this little experiment shows that anyone who gives the 10k a legit shot post collegiately is practically gauranteed to run it faster than their 3200 pace in high school. Even if he ran it as fast as he did in high school it would put him at a 26:22, which I would say is in Bekele's league.
