Body: So basically..my form sucks. I have absolutely no spring in my stride, I am a heel striker and lean back when I run. I am just an incredibly inefficient runner. Is there anything besides drills that can improve form?? I am very skinny and weak so I was thinking that weightlifting might naturally improve my form... what do i do???
