You are reporting the following post to the moderators for review and possible removal from the forum Poster: gettingnowhere Subject: Running In Place With or Without resistance bands Body: Does running in place, or running with a resistance band against a sedentary object, offer any benefits? I was wondering if in base building this would be a good idea to do in 20-30 minute streches a couple times a day in addition to regular running to add time on feet without going for an additional "real run"?
