Keitany would have a pretty good shot at the marathon WR if she were allowed male pacers in a mixed race.


1. Flo_Jos' 100 of 10.49 is IMHO wind aided, and I am not the only one who thinks so. If you take that performance away, she is only 0.03s faster than Jeter.

2. Keitany is almost as far away (3+ min) from the WR as Makau and Kipsang from breaking 2 hours. Neither will happen in their careers.
