Who cares that it's an Olympic season? He can't medal at this point and probably wouldn't even make the final, even if he did manage to sneak on the team. And he will be pushing the envelope just to do that. He needs to let the thing heal properly and look to avoid the injury cycle. My bet is he won't, unfortunately.
