Body: I've put about 1500 miles on my current shoes since January. I'll probably replace them in June or July, so about 2 pairs/year. I used to replace them much more frequently when I wore regular trainers but, now that I wear lightweight trainers or flats, they last much longer, cost less and I can still handle 90+ miles/week.
