Body: Not only are entry fees going up but the race directors dont seem to care about their runners. I could cite many recent examples of total screwups but we've all seen them. The list is endless. I'm at the end of my rope with paying outrageous fees to support this or that cause and then being treated like cattle. I'm actually thinking about giving up racing completely and just training. I would save a lot of money both in terms of race fees and travel expenses. I've been racing for 54 years but the lack of support for runners after the check has cleared is just absurd.
