You are reporting the following post to the moderators for review and possible removal from the forum Poster: Magic 8 Ball Subject: RE: Your First Running Shoe Body: I didn't know this at the time (freshman year high school), but washing and drying them shrunk the EVA misole. The bottom sole never shrunk, so after repeated washing and dryings, the sole extended past teh cushioning by a good 1/4". I just trimmed it off with an X-Acto knife.
