Body: I can understand being self conscious about running with your shirt off in the city. I prefer to run with no shirt when it's hot so I can get tan and my nipples won't chafe. I don't know what looks stupid about running with no shirt though, it's way more comfortable and unless you look hideous with no shirt who cares?
