You are reporting the following post to the moderators for review and possible removal from the forum Poster: lukas123985 Subject: PLEASE HELP ME Body: okay heres my story........ im a junior in highschool with a mile pr of 4:33, and i run about 60 miles a week with a 4 mile tempo at about 5:50 pace. Well last saturday I ran the 3200 and ran a horrendious 10:47 going ALL OUT. this is absolutely rediculous! Do I have a problem or something! I know im in much better shape than this.... am i not build like a distance runner..... 5"11 145 (allitle extra fat) idk.... Someone please help me.
