Serious runners run to get faster and/or because they like it, not to lose fat. If you are only concerned about looks there is nothing wrong with that, but don't come on here and tell us how crossfit or some other fad workout is the best thing for us. There are many aspects to "fitness", and I am not aware of any exercise regimen that allows you to obtain your potential in all of them. Hit the submit button below if you want us to review the post.
