Body: Depends on how many days I run. When I do a hard workout or a longish run, I figure that the sweat cleans my skin (sweat is mostly just water, so sweating profusely is basically just like taking a shower). So if I'm running every day, I usually won't shower. If I take multiple days in a row off, I'll usually try to shower on the second off day.
