Body: Thanks for all of the replies. Right now the school I run for is hiring a new sprint/mid d coach so I don't have a coach to give me a summer plan. I'm glad to see most aren't into just getting in long slow miles as I havent seemed to benefit from that in the past. I know my aerobic capacity needs to improve and summer is usually used for base work but I've always felt that when my 400m time drops I see big improvements in my 8.
