Could have veered off while reaching for something or might have been stoned (based on the charges. He intentionally drove off. 2) For the person who blasts the guy for rolling through the Stop sign. Yeah, that is a bad idea. However, it had nothing to do with the incident that occurred 1:40 later. If the cops want to cite him for failure to stop, okay. I can accept that. 3) As for 2, if you are going to post a clip to You Tube you should not incriminate yourself. 4) What if it had been 2 runners, I bet folks here would be singing a different tune?
