Poster: Transferring?
Subject: Likelihood of transferring from in-state CC to out of state 4 year?
Body:

I'm a High School senior from California, and since deadlines are coming up soon, I'm obviously thinking about college. I got accepted into CSULB, Fullerton, Pomona, and Santa Cruz, but I want to go to University of Washington. I have roughly a 3.4 weighted GPA, 1720 on the SAT (horrible I know, I never studied for it), with 3 AP's under my belt (all passed, World, US, and English, 4/5/4, respectively) and I'm taking 5 this year (Calculus AB, Bio, Euro, Gov, and Econ)If I get straight A's/1 B in CC, will that be sufficient enough to transfer out of state, or will I have to be there for two years? Based on what I've been told by my friend's currently attending UC's, English, US, Gov, and Econ help me bypass quite a few GE's. Thanks for the help in advance.
