Poster: Asthma Issues
Subject: Problems with Asthma
Body:

For the past few years, I have had asthma issues pop up at very important times during both my XC and track seasons. I think it is most likely a result of my allergies to pollen, and am not quite sure what to do. In the morning I take two puffs of albuterol with my inhaler, followed by one puff of Flovent. In the evening I do this again. Somehow it stays with me when I race.

I'm looking for solutions. If anybody else has a story of how they resolved this problem your posts would be much appreciated. I'm visiting an allergists, and will probably get heavier medication. Any supplements would be appreciated. Thanks
