Body: I might be moving to NY and I'm just exploring the possible places within my budget. I was looking into Brooklyn but the running options aren't very good. Most of the places in Manhattan are too expensive with the exception of Harlem. I like that it's reasonably close to CP which is good. It seems to have a bad rep though.
