Subject: RE: When are you not considered skinny?
It can be done. I'm 6'3" and when running track/xc I was always extremely skinny, hovering around 150lbs. After 3-4 years of consistent weight-lifting, consuming a lot of protein, and dabbling with creatine here and there, I'm 6'3" and 215lbs. Much happier with these dimensions.
When you're lifting, try to apply the same intensity and focus you had on the track. I've always worked out until I felt totally depleted. I also devote a lot of effort to eating well and eating often. This is just as important.
If you keep at it you can do it. Trust me I thought gaining muscle on my frame was impossible but I've proven myself wrong, fortunately.
