I tell him he's a distance runner or a great mid distance runner every day, but he always argues and says he's a great hurdler/ mid distance runner. Keep in mind he never does our long runs never our longer intervals. Just occasional speed stuff that we do and he always goes out faster than his asigned pace and never finishes the work outs.


I agree with the previous poster: his times are better at 800 than 300H. Based off those times, he seems like an 800/400 guy (800 being his best event, 400 being a solid second for him, though with adjusted training he might be better at 1600.. just not based on times so far).
