Project Engineer. Great Lakes region.
45 hrs/wk
8 years experience
Salary, overtime (not union time-and-a-half), and bonus will bring it to about $90k.
Company also paid for masters.

I know for a fact that I kind of got screwed by coming in relatively close to graduation (started at 50k).

Guy I work with directly each day...
Roughly the same responsibility as me! Maybe a touch more- still no direct reports.
20 years experience, came in after 10 years
Salary, plus same overtime mentioned above, and larger percentage bonus- probably brought in $140k last year.
