1500 has 4 heats of 12 advancing 5+4 times to the quarter round of 2 heats of 12 with the top 5+2 times advancing to the NCAA finals.
Steeple is 3 sections of 16 advancing the top 3+3 times to the NCAA finals.
5000 is 2 sections of 24 advancing the top 5+2 times to the NCAA finals.
10000 is one massive race of 48 with the top 12 moving on!
