I searched for this and only found a press release on the flotrack site and then I found it in the the flotrack twitter feed.

Apparently, USATF had a conference call on the hire and forgot to invite the largest online entity that covers the sport of track and field on a daily basisUpdate: Good news LetsRun.com was invited. See post below. (and the only one who looked into the firing of Doug Logan)... little letsrun.com. Maybe we should stop calling ourselves little.

Hopefully it was an oversight.

If they're worried we wouldn't serve up a few softball questions then Max Siegel has got more problems on his hands than he thought.
