You are reporting the following post to the moderators for review and possible removal from the forum Poster: Wannabefast Subject: Shooting for sub 11:30 2 mile race tomorrow, off of 3 montths off 20mpw. Body: So, out of nowhere I started running the second week of january and have averaged 3-4 days a week of mostly 20MPW. I am 30 yrs. Old and havent ran in about 10 yrs. But managed to only gain 20 pounds since. My miles have been mainly easy 6 milers of 6:35-8 min pace. I have no idea what to expect as my last 2 mile time trial was in college xc and ran low 10's I believe. My question is, will a sub 11:30 be a good goal? I honestly dont know what to expect.
