Body: I have run almost 60 marathons over the last 35 years (many sub-3s) and have been in your situation, seeking "redemption" after a bust of a marathon. Yes, you can run a good marathon two months from now. Since your Boston run wasn't continuous, I expect you will recover quickly. Just treat Boston like a long training run.
