If you are willing to treat the marathon as an experience and not a race then you should run it. I ran a marathon taking the 3 weeks prior off and blew up late because I did not adjust my goal time adequately. Given your injuries somewhere around 3:20 seems like a reasonable goal. You can always just shoot for 5+ hrs and stop for a couple of beers... maybe even where a costume?
