The 15/5/10 is going to be a lot more challenging than you give it credit for if you are talking about an A standard. For most athletes it would take some event specific training to get either 3:39 or 28:15. To do both within the qualifying window...not easy. To get the B, particularly in the 10 (29:00) would be a lot easier but not guarentee you could run that at the trials.
