Body: I would say the chances are definitely less than 50%; Sammy and his situation will not hold a lot of sway with the US Dept on Imigration and Naturalization. Lagat and KK had more compeling stories than Sammy and they did not bend the rules for them. The best route is to get someone like a Congressman to lobby on his behalf.
