Subject: Been in a rut for a while
Body:

I've been in a rut since I started racing in january. I was forced to take most of the outdoor season off last year due to injury, trained through the summer, and got injured again. So I have been running consistently since November. I'm doing 20-25 miles more a week than I did in high school; I'm a lot stronger, and my workouts indicate that I can run much faster than I have been in every event (roughly 10-15 seconds faster in the 1500). When I finish races I'm not tired but I can't push myself to go faster or I just don't go with the pack. I won almost every race I ran in high school and now I can't run within 5 seconds of my pr's. Any advice?
