Body: I started from Whitemud park where the long staircase is...went down and then explored the trails to the left and then to the right. AWESOME. Also broke in my new trail shoes that I bought earlier today - Saucony Xodus 3. Nice snowy and at times muddy trail run, tons of options and very scenic.
