Tue: 21km/84" (hilly)
Wed: 3km felt ill
Thu: 20km progressive + 8km fast
Fri: 8km felt ill
Sat: 3km/9:58 still unable to train properly
Sun: 4x3km 9:54, 9:36, 9:18, 8:58 recovery always 1km at about 4:30min
