Nice warmer weather now (most days getting above 50). Makes it easier on old muscles to warm up and feel decent again on daily jaunts down the trails.
Developed a little calf tightness after Mondays workout and have been reduced to walking/eliptical/bike for the week. A sign as I hit the big 5-0 this week?! Smart enough to just work around it.
Mon - 4x Mile on trail - 5k pace
