It will be a 2-man race this summer, unless Gay is blessed by a miracle. With them pushing each other, there is a serious possibility that the WR could fall, notwithstanding the new false start rule. Change the FS rule!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm betting on Blake going 9.73-9.74 this year, given good conditions, and 9.70-9.71 given great conditions...only a slight improvement over last year, but those would be some amazing, and hard-to-beat, times. Bolt might go faster, but not until the end of the season. I think that 9.6x would be very lucky for Blake, and that he might run it once in his life if all the stars align.
