I am by no means an expert nor should you take this as the exact times you will run but I'll say 2.00-01 in an 800 and 51 high in a 400, if you're fresh and feeling good.

Breaking 2 minutes when you haven't before isn't easy at all, at least it wasn't for me. I did it at the age of about 18 and prior to running my 1.59.6 I had run 2.00.xx about 6 times over the course of a year or two. After I got under it I almost never ran above 2 minutes again but it was a pretty slow process getting under. I would've been doing a low 52 400 at the time if that helps.

Also had a guy a couple years younger than me go from 2.04 to 2.01 to 1.58 in the space of a few runs so it's different for everyone and you might find it easier.
