Make sure you don't over train, but there's nothing wrong with running 7 days a week. Just make sure you're never opposed to taking a day off if you feel you need one. I routinely do 6 days a week of running and it has worked for me the last 7 years. It's my routine. It's what works for me. However, it won't necessarily work for everyone else.
