Had a similar experience my senior year in high school almost cost me the entire season. No stones, I was told it was from overtraining. I was not the same when I returned after several weeks not being allowed to run until I was totally symptom free.
Fast forward 31 years later I developed kidney cancer in the same kidney. I am NOT saying or implying the same will happen to you.
I strongly urge you to make sure you are well hydrated and make an appointment with a nephrologist to get checked out if just for your own piece of mind.
In the meantime and I know this is hard to read, stop training and let your self heal.
Good luck!
