Subject: Predict my 1500! And what should my pace be...
Body:

I am running a 1500 at Princeton's Larry Ellis in a week and a half. Coach had us do 3 sets of 3x300 with 45 seconds rest (standing) and full recovery between sets (400m jog + 4 min). First two sets were in flats; last one in spikes.

43.4-43.5-44.2
42.5(oops)-43.7-44.0
44.7-44.5-44.1

What can I run at Princeton? What should I go out in to do that?

For reference: I ran a 4:13 mile and 1:56 during the indoor season. I have also done this workout a few times in the past and finished faster, but never run under 44 in the earlier sets (this is my best of these workouts so far).
