Certainly more research is needed to confirm the association suggested by the linked article, but wow, I haven't seen such promising information related to the prevention of Autism in quite some time.

The relationship between inflammatory proteins and brain development has been looked at from other angles for a long time, particularly in Alzheimers research, so I found this study not surprising, and as I said, very promising as the identification rate for children diagnosed with Autism continues to rise.
