Body: I'm a masters runner and ran in the 1:19s for 1/2 and 5:05 for the mile last year. 17:30 is probably right on the money. I haven't run a marathon in a long time, but I'd say 2:50 is about right. 2:40 is probably out of the question. Only way I see you getting there is if you drop 15-20 lbs.
