Question for those who have run Boston: The first 4 miles are, obviously, pretty quick. I am thinking of really trying to run the first two to three miles easy - maybe 6:20-6:25 pace. Am I giving up too much time or should I get on pace right away? Or should I run these miles quicker than goal pace since the second half of the course is slower? Thanks!

It seems like you are in shape to meet your goal easily. Good luck and have fun! As for your question, I think the only thing you can do wrong is run too fast. My opinion on the way to pace Boston is to hit the bottom of the hill running over I-95 ~75s above pace, give back most of that over the Newton hills, then try to run pace for the last 10k.
