I'm loving reading the workouts you guys are putting in with spring marathon season almost upon us. You all sound like you're good to go.

brum - quality 10m tempo. Nicely controlled.

marmite - I guess it's that age old question - how will you feel if you don't try for your ideal target V how will you feel if you do and the wheels come off?

80-90miles - I'd go along with marmite's assertion of 2:25. What condition do you feel you're in? If I were between the two times I'd probably plan a 73-split on the basis if you're closer to 2:30 it's probably not too far away to be overly problematic and if you're closer to 2:25 it's close enough for you to negative split it.

CTA - nice week. What's the target?
