Because he is not a movie producer. What if someone came to you and was like, "Hey, we'd love to make a movie about your Olympic training, but you have to fund it." Yeah. I hate comments like yours... Just because someone has money doesn't mean they want to fund anything and everything. Maybe he is saving up for a trust for his kids.
