All the benefits of the past, knowledge, experience, but young enough to not be at a disadvantage. Everyone older will be far too old and sick/weak by 2030 and without a health care system in a soylent green society, doomed. Everyone younger will be incredibly unknowledgeable about the benefits of the past, so much so that they will be next to helpless looking for direction. We will be kings.
