You are reporting the following post to the moderators for review and possible removal from the forum Poster: DiegoToro Subject: 1500 potential Body: Ran a workout the other day, 2 miles of 37 on, 47 off (11:12 total time) Then got 5 minutes and did 5 x 300 with 90 second rest in 47, 47, 47,46,46. Never spiked up. What do you think my potential is in the 15? recently opened up a 1500 in 4:15 a couple weeks ago, looking to hit 4:10 or under by seasons end, but want to see what everyone thinks.
