You are reporting the following post to the moderators for review and possible removal from the forum Poster: RunninginCircle Subject: RE: What is the healthiest diet you could possibly eat? (as a general consensus) Body: I think it's about knowing your body and what you're tolerant of. Generally, I like Paleo diet consisting mainly of vegetables, fruits, meat, eggs, fat, and some nuts. Whole grain is good if your body can tolerate it. Dairy depends also if your body can tolerate it. Basically, if your body can handle it, it's not bad to eat. My body is sensitive, and I can't handle too much salt or sugar or my body goes out of whack. My body is prone to high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes, so I try to follow hypoglycemic diet as well as low sodium. On the other hand, my wife is able to handle all kinds of food so much better. She can drink all the cheese, milk, whole grains, anything and it rarely upsets her stomach. Her body can process all kinds of food. Hit the submit button below if you want us to review the post.
