Subject: RE: Other than eating at Subway more often, what are some more ways I can improve my diet?

Why do you need to lose weight? Are you training hard? Maybe you do.


Try eating more of the obvious ...fruits and veggies
Try omega 3 foods like guacamole, flax seed, wild salmon
Try low fat froZen yogurt and add some fresh fruit
Grab some raisins and nuts for snacks
Grab some nut mix (maybe mix in some dark chocolate pieces too)
Make a sandwich with turkey or grilled chicken, avocado, and tomato, etc


Take a multivitamin
Take Calcium and vitamin D
Get vitamin D level checked, especially during winter months
Get your iron, hemoglobin and hematocrit checked

Dont neglect core work. Do what you can to stay on top and injury free.
